Cooking Class of October 19th, 2004

Eva Jensen very kindly donated to our Chaîne Auction a cooking class for 4 couples.

These pictures testifies to the wonderful fun times we had that evening. Truly memorable!

Menu for the evening: Ratatouille, Sole en Papillote, Chiffonade d'Épinard, Pèche Cardinal with Sauce Cardinal and Crème Chantilly, Demitasse

Not having had a cooking class for the last 20 years, it brought back so many memories for Eva.
