Many of you will remember Chef Jean-Yves Benoit and his lovely wife, Minna, from a delightful Chaine function held a few years ago at L’Emotion in West Vancouver.

Now these soon-to-become members of La Chaine are hosting us for a summer repast at their restaurant on West Broadway.
