Last summer, our good friend
and long time Chaîne member, Chef Ernst Dorfler and his
lovely wife, Gerry Sayers, took ownership of the Five Sails Restaurant located
in the Pan Pacific Hotel.
For the first Chaîne event of
2008, we had to a wonderful dinner at this beautiful newly-renovated
establishment. We presented Ernst and Gerry with the Chaîne
plaque, recognizing true excellence in dining.
It was a very elegant affair!
