The Blue Water Café is lauded as the city's definitive destination for seafood.

Executive Chef Frank Pabst is known for his innovative and brilliantly executed West Coast creations. At the Raw Bar, cutmaster Yoshi Tabo has his own dedicated following for his expert sushi and sashimi.

Dinner was served in the private wine room by Stephen Cachard's intuitive service team.

Attendance was limited, members had to make your reservations early!

Guests were welcome, their confirmation were only after March 1st. Members get first choice.
